A hero is a person with courage. Someone who speaks up. Someone who stands up for others. Someone who arrests people who do bad things. The Mayo brother was the first best man doctors.
Elizabeth Blackwell was the first woman doctor. They are examples of heroes.

Caleb's super hero story
There were some kids named Vick Martin Gc and Zack .They went to go get some berries they were special berries moles,eagles,birds,leopards they all licked them . They took them home and ate them. The next morning they had  powers ,Vick had eagle power .Martin had fox power Gc had mole power Zack had leopard power.And that's how they became the helping swat.When they had their powers they used them for good.One day they heard a wolf crying for help and they ran all the way there when they were almost there they said that they were tired except Vick he said we can't stop so they ran 21 miles and they saw bear man and they said bear man stop.
